LUSAJE is a personal website for portfolio work, journal posts, photography, projects, the Café guest book, comments, favourites, contact messages, and the Membear Program.

These terms apply when you browse the website, submit content, contact LUSAJE, use the Membear Program, or use any public interactive feature on lusaje.com.

Please use LUSAJE in a kind, lawful, and sensible way. You must not try to break the website, bypass security, scrape private areas, submit malicious code, impersonate someone else, or use the site to harass, threaten, abuse, or spam anyone.

The website is intended for general browsing and light community interaction. It is not a social network, file-hosting service, marketplace, financial product, or professional advice service.

The Membear Program is a lightweight membership feature. A Membear account includes a first name, email address, 18+ confirmation, password, permanent Membear ID, profile status, spendable Bear Points, lifetime progression points, progression level, collectible badges, and account activity. Profile pictures are retired and new uploads are not accepted.

You must be 18 or older to become a Membear. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, contact LUSAJE as soon as possible.

LUSAJE may suspend or soft-delete a Membear account if it appears to be abusive, unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful to the site or other visitors. A QR code on the Membear Card identifies a Membear ID only. It is not proof of identity and does not authenticate access to the account.

You may request self-service account deletion from Profile Settings. Deletion requires your current password, a typed confirmation phrase, and a single-use email confirmation link before account data is removed or anonymised.

You may be able to leave public comments on journal posts, leave a public Café note, like public items, or send a private contact message. Visitor-submitted content is stored as plain text and may be moderated.

Do not submit anything unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of someone else's privacy, spammy, misleading, or otherwise harmful. Do not submit private information about another person without permission.

Public comments and Café notes may appear on the website. Contact messages are private and shown only in the protected admin inbox. LUSAJE may hide, edit moderation fields for, reply to, anonymise, or delete submitted content where needed, including during account-deletion handling.

Unless stated otherwise, the LUSAJE name, design, writing, photography, project content, artwork, and site code presentation belong to LUSAJE or are used with permission.

You may link to public pages and share short excerpts with credit. You must not copy, sell, repackage, remove attribution from, or misuse LUSAJE content without permission.

When you submit a comment, Café note, contact message, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You keep ownership of your own content, but you give LUSAJE permission to store it, display it where the feature is public, moderate it, and use it as needed to run the website.

LUSAJE uses Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1, R2, Access, Turnstile, and Email Sending to run the website and protect admin or transactional features. Security checks, rate limits, session cookies, password hashing, email verification, and password reset flows are used where appropriate.

No website can promise perfect availability or perfect security. LUSAJE may change, pause, remove, or restrict features if needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or practical site management.

The site may link to external websites such as GitHub, Instagram, email clients, or project links. Those websites are not controlled by LUSAJE and have their own terms and privacy practices.

Cloudflare provides core hosting, security, database, storage, admin access, spam protection, and email infrastructure. Resend remains available as an email rollback provider. Native comments are the active comment system; Cusdis is retained in the codebase as a rollback option but is not the default provider.

LUSAJE does not currently run advertising, tracking pixels, open tracking, click tracking, or active analytics.

LUSAJE is provided as a personal website and creative archive. Content is shared in good faith, but it may contain mistakes, become outdated, or change over time.

Nothing on the site should be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LUSAJE is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or issues caused by misuse of the website or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms may be updated as LUSAJE changes. The version number and last updated date at the top of this page will show when the document was last changed.

These terms are intended for a UK-based website and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer laws say otherwise.
